Je ne saurai trop vous conseiller la lecture d'un excellent Thriller religieux : Une apocalypse de Michael O' Brien :
Le contexte contemporain bien qu'écrit 1996 est trés prophétique sur ce qui est le déclin spirituel voulu de la société occidentale.
Le récit s'inscrit dans l’Apocalypse et la fin des temps et on retrouve de façon troublante la volonté totalitaire de niveler les religions.
Le style vivant et très humain vous attache et vous donne envie de lire les 572 pages de Père Elijah

RépondreSupprimerI totally agree with you. Father Elijah is a great thrilling novel indeed. I read it about 13 years ago and I remember I just couldn't drop it once I started it. I was living in California at the time and the whole story seemed so much in line with the feelings I was experiencing as 1999 was nearing its end and many people thought a new era was dawning...
